| | | | | Homeownership through Habitat for Humanity EKCHomeownership CriteriaThe mission of Habitat for Humanity of East King County is to provide simple, decent, affordable housing to lower-income families on the Eastside.
For families earning less than 50 percent of the areas median income, owning a home in East King County is nearly impossible. Almost one-fourth of Eastside families pay more than 30 percent for housing; overcrowding and substandard conditions are not
atypical.
